The bride a ! si carried a beautiful white bnuque I', 1 ', and was given I away by her mother, who wore a vory hands me 'r.ined blick satin dress. Th* brid> smaids were Mss Eva Jicob an 4 Miss Elh Hurs'house, bjth of whom wore very handsome dre-s s of biscuit coloured tussore silk, beautifully! tucked ajd and each beiug ; provided wi'h bouquets of red and ' greon. The bridegroom was attended ; by Mr A. E. A, Clarke as best man, ' Messrs Griffiths and Hume being groo'usmen. Mr L. Jacob, ef Moktu, tha bride's brother, wai also one of the wedding party. Toe steps leading into the church were nicely carpeted, and the wedding party were received with showers of rici and dowers on emerging from the chutcb. During th 3 afternoon Mrs Jacob held a reception at her residence South ' road, which was attended by a large j and fashionable assemblage.
