MBMOBtAL BBBVIOK3. PXB PBKBB ASSOCIATION, Loudon, January 23. The Kins and Quaen and the members of the Royal Household attended an impnssive sirvice in Frogmore Chapel (whore Prince Albert and Q :een Victoria are buried) on the anniversary of Queen Victoria's death.
Numerous wreaths "Nrere placti on the mausoleum, and many statues of the late Qaeen in Bri'ain and thi colonies were wreathed with hurel. A memorial 8 rv : ce was aho held in Whippingham Ohnrcb.
Services commr mora' ire of the acCMsinn of the King were held in the Ghipil Royal, and St. James' Church, and elsewhere.
fe Jutes were fired at St. Jamas' Park, Windsor, Porigmouth, and other naval stations, where the ships were dressed for the occasion.
