At Palm o rston to day Janes H 'gan, of Fl»g Swamp, was eommi'ted fir trial on a charge, under Secticn 152 of the Electoral Ac', of having on the 25th Novtmber applied for a voting paper in the name of Rob' rfc H gan, junior. Accused, who was under the influence of liquor, entered the booth at Dunback, and when the n"<me Rohert Hogan, jun : or, HawkesWy, farm r, was read ou -, said : " That's me," whereupon he was handed voting papers.
