It is supposed hi was overcome by the fumes while testing, ' Waihi, January 21. An employee at the Waihi Geld Minirg Company's battery to-day had three fingßrs severed from one of his hands. Five minutes later a cmpanion engaged in sim'ltr wo:k me" with precisely the same accident.
