VOLUNTEER NOTES.
The usual fortnightly parade of the Taranaki Kifbs was held on Monday nigh*, when there was a fair muster considering the weather. Camp was announced for the 15th instant; a fatigue party will parade under S.>rgt. Kendall at 2 p.m. on that date. Is was decided to procure fencing ma'eritland targets, as recommended by the non-com. supervising the work on tbe range. A vote of sympithy with Private Morgan in his bereavement was carried unanimously.
