VISIT TO PRRTORIA. Received 5, 1.6 a.m. Cape Town, January 4. Mr Chamberlain met Lird Miloer at Charleston and reached Pretoria at midnight. A large and anthusias'ic crowd welcomed him, but there was no ceremony.-
