So far no arrangement has be on made for Lord Hopetcu> V departure. Lord Tennyson, as Governor < f South Australia, who holds a dormant commission to administer tbe Commonwealth Government in the absence of the Governor-General, states that he knows nothing beyond what has appeared in tbe papers.
