A commi'tee of the Dairymen's Association will report suggesting that, an effort be nud« to s>cure the omission of subsection 6 of tlaus? 8 which require* that byres, sables, etc., shall be " cleaned t.-> th satisfaction of the inspector," the contention living that as cleanliness is a master of degree the inspector might require an impossible degree.
