ATTITUDE OF IHK MINISTER. PEJt rBBBB ASSOOIATH'K. Wellington, April 21. The Minister for Public Works told a deputation of unemployed to-day that there were far too many young fellow* who preferred to bang about tows rather than go into the country ond do some hard work. He took the yauig men in the deputation to task fer leafing work in the south to tome to Wellington, and then neglecting to aaak employment in the country thnragh the Labour Department. For th« past two weeks he had been employed in sending married men to diatriota where tbere was work for them, and 1m intended to continue doing so. Single men, with others dependent on the*, would next receive consideration, and single men with no responsibilities would be the last to be cocsiiorad.
