RIFLE SHOOTING. The Taranaki Rifles " B " team fired a match against the Waitara Rifles "A" team on Friday, on the latter's range. After a good contest the match was! won by tbe home men by 19 points. Tbe visitors were hospitably treated, acd an eojoyableday was spent. It is expected the Manawatu, jHorowhenua, Otaki, Feilding, and I Hunterrille companies will be in camp. A course of severe training will ue given men by Maj ir Dunk, who will be in charge. The Infantry left by special train to-night for Wang'inui, where they go into camp with other sections of the battalion. General Babington will review the mounted men at Palmerston on Saturday.
