The Litter, when Sir Joseph hurled opprobium on him, lefc the Court, but a crowd of 1,000 people chased him through the streets, and knocked him about. The police eveutuiily secured him. March 12. Mary Schippin was found not guilty, and the verdict w-'s received with satisfaction, 4,000 peiple outside the Court cheering loudly.
