Colonel Sir Howard Vincnt has siven notice of motion in the House of Commons that aoy Ireaty restricting the rigiit of the Motherland to conclude preferential relations with the colonies be not ratified. Owing to tbe necessity of dealing with the Procedure Bill and Supply, and the coronation festivities, the Government is likely to hold over tbe i Education Bill and other promised measures.
