Capital is a million and a half, to acquire th&s'ores and business of the South Airictn Supply I and Cold Storage, to develop the trade in | meat and dairy produce between Aus-1 tralia and South Africa. The price to be fixed is a million, whereof .£400,000 is in cash. Sir El win Diwps, O. S. Dicken, General Forester Walker, William Wedd»l are directors, and John Oook and Harry Oonne'l, Australian advieers. It is intended t> establish agencies at Melbourne. Sydney, Brisbane, Auckland, Wellington, Canterbury. Ihe capital is assured without underwriting.
