At a well attended meuting of racing cyclists tin's evuning, it was unanimously decided to form a New Zosland Hating Cyclists Association, and a sub committee was appointed to draft I the constitution and rules. It is intended to at once establish branches in various parts of the colony te further the interests of cycle racing, and, when necrmary, to make recommendations to the League of Wheelmen. TESTIMONIAL TO THE PREMIER. PER MESS ASSOCIATION. Auckland, February 24. The Wellington committee have intimated that they think a list should be circulated for signature by all those who endorse the Premier's actions, and separate lists for those who also want to contribute to the purse of sovereigns. It was decided that the Auckland committee should sot in accordance with the s«»geation,, and the Wellington committee are to be asked as to what was being dons re subscription list.
