Judgment for plaintiff was given in the casa of J. Avery v. Richard Lyneb. Claim £BO 19s 7d, with costs £i 10s. Mr. Quilliam for plaintiff. DEFENDED CASE. Wm. Black v. Jas. Madder. This was acltiua for j£lo lor injuries caused by an assault and £2 2s for medical expenses.
