POULTRY SOCIETY.
The adjourned meeting of the Poultry, Pigeon and Dog Fanciers' Association was held on Wednesday evening. Theie was only a moderate attendance, Captain Hood, the president, beiog in the chiir. After a shoitdiscussion on the question of the dog section of the forthcoming show, it was decided that the following comuoitteo be formed to make arrangemei U for that section: —Messrs Lang, S. Teed, Cliff, J. Bennett, McTajjgart, and Williams. x Mesws D. O'Brien and A. Lepper were elected vice-prfsidu'nts. It w*g decided that the committee I meet again on Monday nex'; wd draw up a schedule of prizes, aud the meeting adjourned.
