Kereama Bopita, a Maori, was found guilty of attempting to canally know a girl under 12 y»ars of age, and was remanded till Wednesday for sentence. Mika Renata Pura, a Maori, was found guilty of indecently assaulting a native girl at Rita Flat, near Fordell, in December list. Sentence was deferred until Wednesday. • John Kinnard, for breaking and entering and stealing at Mat.imau, was sentenced to one year.
