"A MESSAGE FROM MARS."
Nearly all the art'sts of this company are nsw to theatre-goers here, and as Mr William B, Bawtr<?y's name and fame is assured us by all Australian Papers and magaz nes, there can be no hesitation in pedicing a most successful season. The Melbourne Sun says: "The women cackle delightfully at the jars the men get, and the men at the palpable truths that hit home. It is good to have it proved that the publio will patronise a clever thing and a refined one; that they can appreciate delicate satire in an atmosphere of wholesomeness; that tbey do not al ways look for grossness nor indecency. 'The Messtge from Mara' is a very hopeful one." As the play is well mounted artistically played, and a wvel plot with a number of (striking features, and mechanical and stage effects all new to us, all who can do so should witness this most interesting play. The box plan is open at Mi McKinuon Bain's.
