Siri;—Pleasa allow ma at word on Burgess' letter; Ha is quite correct in his statement; but ha might have gone further and pointed out that lawabiding Austrians, against whom a certain personage has such a deny, and who are looked upon as undesirables, arp, as a body, on the whole as good citizens as any member of the present Government and a deal better than many of their supporters, I epe'ak from knowledge of both parties.—l .am, etc., Pacts.
