PER VRESS ASSOCIATION. Received 18, 9.7 a.m. Paris, October 17. The loaders of tha French colliers assert tint the adaption of the eight hours' system would immediately result in the reduction of the output, causing the dismissal of thousands and reducing the wages of the rest.
