PBR PBSSS ASSOCIATION. Auckland, October 12. H.M.S. Torch arrived from rhp Islands to-day. She reports that M>Sqx'od, a journalist of Winnipeg, and Captain Vcss, who undertook a voyage round tbe world in a causa for 1000 do'lars, arrived after 59 days at Penrbyn Island,, on 28th Augus f . After sailing from Victoria (British Columbia) they experienced fin? weather end t vrything went smoothly. They purposed re-fitting at the Islands, and thence proceed to Sydney aud up the coast of Queensland, through Torris Strait, acro=s the Indiin Ocetn, and by way of Suez, Malta and Roeci to London, proceeding thence to Halifax, on the east coast of Nova Scotia,.
