BOYS' CLUB.
A very enjoyable concert was held im the Boys' Club rooms on Monday evening, when there web a very good attendance. Rev. Evans presided. During the evening Mr Dempsey made a suggestion that a social gathering should bd held on each Monday during the remainder of the month. Items were contributed as follows, and frequently encored : —Pianoforte duet, Misses Standish and George; recitation, Master Tippins; song, Mr Ohong; display on vaulting horse, members of Boys' Club (trained by Mr Wilson); piano solo, Mies Ohong ; song, Miss W. Baker; vocal trio, Misses Joseph, Lovell, and Cock; song, Miss Cook ; horizontal bar exercises, Mr Wilson ; song, Mr Gartwright; song, MrChong; song, Rev. Evans, with chorus; spring board exercises, boys; concertina selections, Mr Wilson.
