THK LIBERAL PARTY DEFEATED [PBB PBBBB ASSOCIATION.] Received 6. 4.30 p.m. Buda Pesth, October 5. In connection with the Hungarian elections, the supporters of M. Franz Kossuth defeated M. Tisza, the former Premier and a prominent Liberal leader, for the Grasiwarde°n seat in the Lower House of the Reichsrath. M. Tisza withdraws from politics. The Liberals loot 34 seats and the Kossuthites won 17. Election riots occurred *t Pinezthely and elsewhere in Hungary, 20 persors being killed and 17 wounded.
