The agitation about the Town Hall sito has subsided, and an a'most toly ci'm is brooding on the town. The choice of the Juliet-stre.t proparty has satisfied the great bu'k of the citizens. The meeting of the Licen ing Committee w«s held on Tuesdiy. By a majority of one it was decided to refuse an application by the Stratford hotels for an extension of time till 11 p.m. If the disgraceful eceses of rowdyism that occurred on Saturday night are to be taken as a o ireiion.it is just; as well the application was refused'.
