The inquest on Conway was resumed and Jana Smith was present in Court. Possey, second cook of the Taluce, saw Mrs Smith go forward on several occasions and sit on the forward hatch talking with the man who died en the 9tb. While Conway and Smith were talking he saw a glass in Conway's hand. About 7.30 Mr 3 Smith went alt, and au hour later from something he hfaid be went forwaid end saw Conway lying in ugeny. He heard someone ask what was the Imatter and Conway replied "this is terrible, I revt felt like tiis b«fore."
