Arrangements in connection with the totalisator were very bad, tocasioning much complaint from the public, and tbe catering was capable of improvement. The convenience of the public might a'ao be considered a l'ttle by the Railway Department allowing passengers to ge*. off at Pembroke Road i'lfteid of taking them right on to the town.
