DISGRACEFUL SCENE IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS.

In the House oE Commons, Mr. John Redmond complained that during the scene on the pr vious night Some members were suspended and ejected in error. The Speaker said that if any member desired to complain he must do so ib writing. The discussion would then a a matter of privilege for Buoh ■embers as were concerned. Mr, Redmond intimated his desire to widen the discussion when it was opened. Mr. Ba'four said: " What Mr. Redmond desires is a discussion on what occurred, and I suppose he means te prevent a recurrenee." (Ministerial I cheers) t Later on Mr. Balfour gave notice of motion to amend the standing orders, to provide that members whose conduct was such as to involve forcible removal ba suspended for the remainder of the session.
