PRESENTATION TO MR. J. PARKER. Iu entering oa a new sphere he was sure that Mr. Parker would bring all his experience and good q«ilitie=< into play, and with a wider scope for his energies there wns no doubt he would rise rapidly in his profession, and it was the hope of everyone present that he would attain to the top of the t're. His Worship also alluded to Mr. Parkor's invariable court* fly and genial t*mperamont, which, he predicted, would ensure for him Jspedy favour in hi<* new sphere of labour.
