MAORI GIRLS' SCHOOL.
PBK PJiESS ASSOCIATION. Auckland, March 4. There appear to be reasonable hopes of the Queen Victoria School for Maori girls being bt.gun at no very distant date. Already nearly .£3OO has been raised. One Maori lady hag given .£IOO and ladies all over the colony are endeavouring to raise funds. .£l5O was given anonymously in Auckland a few weeks back and there is about £l5O in the Savings Bank.
