The King, after the assembling of Parliament, visits the Empress Frederick, and returns the Kaiser's visit. The Duke of York is to be created Prince of Wales after bis visit to the colonies. The Times enlogises the Kings sound judgment and delicate tact in reserving the title until it can be bestowed in recognition of a great public Imperial duty; such acknowledgment indicates the King's desire toj strengthen the linis binding thei colonies to the Motherland.
