EGMONT LICENSING COMMITTEE.
The quarterly meeting of the Igmont Licensing Committee was held at Stratford on Tuesday, 4th December. Present : Messrs. R. L. Stanford, S.M. (chairman), Hignett, Kennedy, Monkhouse, and Morrison. The following transfersweregranted: —MasonieHotel, Waitara, Emily Ckrk to Ernest Frederick Buckthought; lOlub Hotel, Stratford, Jame* Mumford to Joseph Wareham; Empire Hotel, 'Stratford, R. R. Hutcheson to Mrs. Nora McLennan.
The members of the Licensing Committee subsequently visited the new County Hotel, and were conducted on a tour of inspection through the build-: ing by the. WWftger, I
