(PBB PBESS ASSOCIATION.) Ddnedin, November 30. .Despite some rain there was a large attendance at the A. and P. Show. The official estimate is thai 15,000 Weri? present. The takings amounted to £472. Lord iJanfurly and the Hon. J. G. Ward were on the ground. There was a grand display of Clydesdales both in .'be working and breeding classes. W. Gardiner's Agitator took the championship for horses, and R Chartres' Herd Lassie for mares. Fur year-old geldings the horse which won at Christchurch, .Timaru and Oamaru was unplaced. The show of blood stoek was disappointing. Casket took the prize for carriage horses. The other classes, including mounted troopers horses, were
good.
