CHARGES OF THEFT.
FBI HUM ASSOCIATION. Invebcabgill, November 21. Arnett, of Wyndham, wu charged to-day on six informations vrith the theft of a sum totalling £265. The cheques were drawn by F. Sullivan, of Dunedin, in faronr of Charles Milne of Edendale, and, according to the evidence given, Arnett paid them into his own account. The accused who pleaded set guilty, is defended be Mr. Hanlon.
