The dredging returns are as follows: —Enterprise, 70oz 9dwt 18gr; Matau, 550z; Golden Treasure, 530z; Hartley and Riley, 490z 2dwt; Golden Beach, 48oz 14dwt 20gr; Perseverance, 460z 3dwt 6gr; Alexandra Eureka, 450z; Meg and Annie, 440z; Molyneaux Hydraulic, 41oz 3dwt 12gr; Oharlton Creek, 350z; Earnscleugh 11,, 340z 13dwt; Chicago, 28oz sdwt; Waimumu Central, 240z 3dwt 12gr; Earnscleugh 1., 230z 9dnt 18gr; Manuherika, 220z lSdwt 4gr; Waimumu Extended, 21oz 16dwt; Nevis, 18oz lldwt; Gold Queen, 16oz sdwt; Waimumu Queen, 12oz 2dwt 12gr; Otrig, 13oz 16dwt; Otago, 12oz; Morning Star, lOoz 4dwt. An immense quantity of drift running has interfered with the dredges on the Kawarau, and the Meg and Annie are the only reported returns. Although rain fell on Saturday the weather was cold, and the rivers are not expected to rise much as the snow would not come away. Gmsymouth, November 18. The return from the Grey River dredge is 39oza for 110 hours, The river still remains high.
