TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—You placed your finger on a real mischief in your Monday's issue, when you called attention to the indifference with which our legislators treated alike the public parse or the sanctity of the Sabbath. For an in stance of flagrant disregard, eithtr of tin claims of the Holy Day on themselves, or the light of Government employees to a w ekly rest clay, I con sidor this week's episode stands out with objecti liable d stinctncss. Hoping to see this matter discussed 1 am, etc., No Bigot.
