HORRIBLE DEATH AT A RAILWAY CROSSING.

James Mutch, crossing-keeper on the railway at Selwyn-street, get his heel caught between the rail and the . shack-rail this evening as two trains were approaching. In struggling to fine himself he was struck by the engine of one of the trains and his - skull fractured. Death was instantaheeus.
