j TENDEB NOT YET ACCEPTED. [PEB PBESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received 27, 12.50 a.m.) Bbubane, September 27. . The cable with reference to the acceptance of the tender for the Pacific cable turns out to be a blunder, as the message received by the Government was for the Dioptric light, not the cable.
