A. s-cott, a young married man, w.i 6 charged with threatening to shoot Constable Ferguson in th.6 execution of his duty. Tho constable visited the accused's house, as ic was reported that owing to his conduct tho lives of his family were in danger, and whilo there Scott pointed a loaded revolver at him. Accused who had bjon drinking heavily was remanded, bail being refused,
