Painter*, Paperhanpers, etc, at New Plymouth, under the style o£" Okeys, Arnold & Earp," has bsen this day DISSOLVED by mutual consent, and the assets, i 'iasiness, credits, and effects thereof assigned to Mosrs. Edward Okey, Edward Nelson Lyrleoid Okey, »nd Alfred Huehes Arnold, who will henceforth carry on business in copartnership at New Plymouth, as aforesaid,, under the style of " Okey, Son & Arnold" and to whom all debts owirg to the said late partnership firm are to be paid, and by whom all the liabilities of the said partnership will be discharged.
