ARRANGEMENTS FOR DISPOSAL. Wellington, July 19. 1 The outcome of the Premier's proposals re funding the contributions now in the hands of War Committees was that a Bill is t'o be drawn up which should vest the moneys in the Public Trustee, with a Committee to advise, which should consist of the Mayors of the four chief cities of the colony and J two other representatives chogen by the Committees of those cities,
