The Times'B Deiagoa correspondent states that it is a matter cf notoriety that President Kruger is in favour of peace on almost any terms, but dislike 8 personally initiating psace proposal*. Many desertions have taken place in the Macidodorp district despite the colossal lies which Kruger is daily printing. He issues a daily bulletin containing accounts of British defeats, also statements that plague is devouring British officials. KRUGER'S PAPER MONEY. A NICE TRANSACTION. Kruger has moved his headquarters to Alkmaar, Steyn, on the 11th, issued a proclamation declai ing that the Free Staters were still fighting and were unconquered.
