ROUGH WEATHER OFF KAIPARA HEADS.
[FEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Katpaka, June 16. Captain Murray, of the brigantine Eliza Firth, telegraphed to the Collector of Customs that he was in company with a brigantine with her two topmasts carried away off Kaipara Heads on Thursday morning. The damaged vessel attempted to make the harbour but failed, and would be blown to leeward. The brigantine, which should make the harbour at any moment, will be the Enterprise now overdue at the Kaipara from Wanganui.
