The Premier has wired to Sir John Forrest, pointing out the inconvenience that will be caused to the other colonies if Westralia's proposal to delay taking the Federal referendum till August 7th is carried out. He also cables to Mr. Deakin urging him to suggest that the delay in taking the referendum by Westralia should not induce the Imperial Parliament to postpone passing the Commonwealth Bill,
