CRUSHING REPULSE OF THE BOERS.
FIGHT AT KIIAAI PAN. (Received 18,1.30 a.m.) London, May 17. Sunday's Boer attack on Muftjkißg was crushingly repulsed. The Boers repjrt that the relief column fought at Kraai Fan, about thirty-five miles south of Mafeking, on Tuesday. THE GARRISON'S BILL-OF-FARE. (Received 17, 8.40 a.m.) London, May 16. The bill-of-fare at Mafeking includes horse sausage, curried locusts, roast mule, and hide brawn. PREPARATIONS TO CELEBRATE THE BELIEF. (Received 17, 9.10 a.m.) Sydney, May 17. The various colonies are preparing for public celebrations when Mafeking is relieved.
