THE MISHAP TO A TROOPSHIP.

A PURE ACOIDBMT. (Received 3,1.40 a.m.) Brisbane, May 2. The result of the enquiry into the accident to the transport Manchester shows that there is no blame attachable to anyone for the alleged tampering with the rope. The Court did not think it was maliciously cut, though it bears slight cuts in two or three places, probably made by a careless person cutting tobacco while the rope was coiled in the forecastle. The transport sailed for Sydney, where she will be docked.

No arrangement has yet been made for the despatch of the Bushmen.
