(PBB PBBSS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, May 1. [ In the Court of Appeal this morning the case of the New Zealand Pharmacy Board v. Kenworthy came on, being an appeal from a decision by Mr. Justice Denniston, who held that a person who kept open a shop in West Australia for two years is entitled to register under the Pharmacy Act. The full bench sat. Mr. Skerrett appeared for the appellant and Mr. Harper fer respondent. The Court unanimously allowed the appeal, holding that qualifications must be acquired in New Zealand.
