1 [PBB PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, April 9. 3 The rainfall which began on Thursday registered until 9.30 this morning , 3'28 inches, which is almost equal to the average for April for the past 30 years. The drought baa completely broken up. The Waiuui o-mata reservoir is overflowing, while the Karcri r reservoir has filled. No damage is reported in town. rl
