HOME RULE FOR IRELAND.

[FJ3B PBE3S ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, March 29. The Irish National Federation has resolved to send a letter to the Irish Parliamentary Party urging the party to improve the present occasion of the Queen's visit by pressing for Home Rule. A cable was sent to Mr. John Redmond, as follows:-"Federation congratulate Unity. Home Rule the principal question."
