X WELCOME TO THE UNION JACK. (Received 21,1.30 a.m.) London, March 20. f Colonel Peakman, of the Kimberley Tight Horse, had a brisk skirmish with 600 Boers opposite Fourteen Streams. The inhabitants of the districts through which Colonel Peakman passed welcomed the Union Jack.
