PROBABLY TO THE RELIEF OF » MAFEKING. (Received 21,1.30 a.m.) London, March 20. Lieut. -General Methuen's movement from Kimberley is interpreted as an advance to Pretoria via Mafeking and Rustenburg, or along the Vaal River via Klerksdorp.
